Monday and Thursday 12:30 pm to ???? ATTENTION ALL QUILTERS, FORMER QUILTERS, WANNABE QUILTERS AND FABRIC COLLECTORS.
Our Jasper VFW Auxiliary has started a new project for our area veterans in nursing homes.
We are making lap quilts for these brave, heroic men and women who served in the armed forces. A lap quilt is about 40 x 50, some a little larger some a little smaller. We are planning on making about 200 of these as Chrismas gifts. If you or someone you know would like to make a couple of quilts or even quilt tops, please let me know. Or if you have a fabric stash that needs a little thinning out, please message me. Have days set aside to bring your machine and sew with others to get these quilts ready to present. Mondays and Thursdays……. Just show up with you machine at 2105 Hazel Carthage Mo
