Big news! We recieved $1000 Green School Grant. These funds will go towards storage solutions in the elementary buildings and for eco-friendly supplies for our day to day operations.

🎉 Exciting News for the Comet Closet! ☄️💙

We are excited to share that the CCSD Comet Closet has been awarded a NYSAR Green School Grant!

This funding will help us continue to grow and support the Comet Closet, providing clothing and other essential items to CCSD students and families at no cost while also giving gently used items a second life. ♻️

We are incredibly grateful for this support and the opportunity to continue making the Comet Closet a welcoming and valuable resource for our school community.

Thank you Safe Schools Endeavor and Robert Sligar for the donation! We appreciate you and your generousity.

We couldn't do the things we do without our community support!

When Safe Schools Endeavor was looking for a sponsor for our Bake Sale at Carthage Central School District's back to school bash, local businessman Robert Sligar didn’t just step up, he tripled the impact.

Rob Sligar - CrossCountry Mortgage generously offered a TRIPLE MATCH, with proceeds benefiting three organizations close to his heart: Safe Schools Endeavor, Augustinian Academy, and The Comet Closet.

We need your HELP! Our beloved black laundry cart that we use daily was taken tonight at the Back to School Bash.

Please share so we can have it returned. We really really really need it back!

Today is the day! Come to the Back to School Bash from 3-6pm and help yourself and your family to some back to school clothing. We want an easier clean-up so spread the word, come out, and check out what we have!
