Here is another request for comments. First let me say I am not the furniture buyer (I buy appliances for DT), so don’t draw any conclusions here. But I keep seeing these in social media was was wondering what people think. This is a wild guess but I think a good quality set like this is around $2,700 or so.

Wondering what people think about the 1950s retro style. Is this something we should think about stocking (one example, they have different colors and shapes)?

I would like to get comments please. Currently when you call our stores, a receptionist answers. Depending on whether you want sales, service, or something else, they transfer you to another receptionist or sales person who then will help you.

We don’t use an automated recording that says “press 1” or “press 3,” and we don’t use call centers in India or Pakistan. We also have our own appliance and mower service rather than third parties. We use local middle Tennessee people. My question is this.

How important is that? Do you like it the way it is or would you prefer automated computerized answering and third party service like our competitors use? Or does it make a difference to you? Please help tailor our company to your needs by making a comment. Thank you.

EDIT: Our customers have spoken! We won’t be automating anything and will continue to do things the way we have done for many decades. You won’t be pressing 1 for English or talking to someone in Pakistan when you call us. I am very grateful for the input.
