❤️ 90 Years of Leake County Co-Op: Generations of Loyalty – Mr. James Barton

As we celebrate 90 years of Leake County Co-Op, we know our story isn’t just about the years we’ve been in business. It’s about the people who have been with us along the way.

In 1960, a 13-year-old James Barton walked through our doors alongside his daddy. Little did he know he was beginning a relationship that would span generations. In 1975, Mr. James started his own farm and became a loyal customer in his own right.

Today, more than 65 years after those first visits with his daddy, Mr. James is still part of our Co-Op family.

Our 90-year history is made up of stories just like his. Stories of hardworking farmers, family traditions, familiar faces, and loyalty that stands the test of time. Buildings may change, years may pass, but the heart of our Co-Op has always been the people we serve.

Mr. James, thank you for being part of our journey for over six decades. Customers like you are the reason we’re celebrating 90 years, and the reason we look forward to the next 90!

Since 1936, we’ve been more than a business. We’ve been YOUR Co-Op. ❤️
