I've been running my own green cleaning biz for about 10 years. I've known about Frontier for a while ~ but just recently decided that maybe other people would like to have access to cheaper prices ~ I know I use so many of the things sold, and of course, I want a deal! So, I started this to help others get the products they u
se for a discounted price ~~
If we all order together,there is a better chance of reaching the magical free shipping zone at $250 :)
The process is pretty simple:
WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ACCESS:
~ I message you for your email address
~ once I have your email, I enter it in the wholesale account page
~ you will receive an email requesting your action within 1 WEEK ~
~ once you have set up your access, you go in and look around ~ put things on your order form
ORDERING:
~ I will open a monthly order (named whichever month it is currently)
~ you will have your own order, which is a part of the whole order
~ as the account manager, I approve all orders
~ there are no maximum number of things to buy in order to get the wholesale price ~ the price you see online is the price you pay
~ you do not have to order every month ~ if you want to jump in, feel free to do so
~ orders will be placed once a month (or twice if we can get to that point :) )
~ The order will be closed 5 days before the end of the month
~ I will post the beginning and end dates for the order on the page
~ I need that time in the end to send invoices and receive payments
I UNDERSTAND THINGS COME UP ~ BUT THIS IS A BUYERS GROUP, ~ IF YOU CANNOT PAY OR WANT TO CANCEL YOU ORDER, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR ORDER FORM OUT ASAP ~ ONCE THE ORDER IS CLOSED, I EXPECT PROMPT PAYMENT. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SET UP YOUR OWN PAYPAL ACCOUNT and MAKE SURE I HAVE THE SAME EMAIL TO INVOICE YOU IF YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL IS DIFFERENT FROM THE EMAIL YOU GAVE ME FOR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ACCESS
~ payments will be made through PayPal
~ buyers will receive an invoice from GreenLeaf Natural Co-op which will include a $3 co-op fee (this is for my personal time and energy spent receiving, processing, and separating the order)
~ the entire order will ship to me
(so we can get the free shipping)
~ pickup will be local
~ out of state orders will be shipped for additional cost ~ to be determined once all things are packaged
(my intention is to ship in a flat rate box)
~ a separate invoice will appear for shipping fees for out of state buyers
~ if we don't reach free shipping, I will contact those who have placed orders ~ there are two options ~ wait until the next month or split the shipping fees amongst the buyers involved.
~ frontier ships quickly ~ if something is out of stock, I will let the buyer know
