🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 star review from Ed: Wall panels

Bought two of these wall panels. They got here on time.
And look good. The only thing about them I don't like was the anchors going into the wall. Don't waste your time with those. They won't support the panels. Get some butterfly anchors.

Absolutely love this pit! Great color and very well built. I replaced the lava rock with a blue glass and it’s simply stunning!

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 star review from John W: Great looking, heavy stove

Came carefully crated up which was definitely needed, as the outside took a beating during transit. The stove itself survived the journey quite nicely. The FedEx driver went the extra mile and maneuvered it from the lift gate of her truck up onto the deck in front of the sliding glass door! It is so heavy I couldn't have gotten it up the steps without hiring extra hands. Once my friend and I wrestled it up on the hearth, the rest of the set up was pretty straight forward. Haven't had a chance to fire it up yet due to burn ban in place because of the Spokane fires near to me. From what I have researched I'm sure it will be wonderful!

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 star review from Michelle Leann Tipton: Excellent customer service and communication!

Excellent customer service and communication with a backordered wood stove insert. They kept me updated during the wait on my order. Very happy with the wood stove too, although I haven't had a chance to use it yet.

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 4 star review from Jennifer Frank: Thermostat is a major design flaw but unit works well other than that

Product was backordered nearly three months, but once it shipped it was delivered timely. Our fireplace pro didn’t have any issues installing it. The thermostat is a HUGE design flaw. HUGE. It’s clipped to the back of the blower rather than to the firebox so it doesn’t take good contact and won’t tell the blower to kick on or stay on. Finally folded up a big piece of aluminum foil and put between the thermostat and the firebox and that took care of it. Other than that the unit works great.
