Big news for our customers at Red, White and Blued!

After receiving legal guidance regarding the active Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF injunction, we are moving forward with over-the-counter Form 4473 transfers for suppressors! This includes all direct purchases through us as well as Silencer Shop purchases handled through our shop.

Moving forward, the choice is entirely yours—you can choose to complete your transfer via a traditional NFA Form 4 or proceed directly on a Form 4473.

Requirements for Form 4473 Transfers
To transfer a suppressor on a Form 4473 without an NFA stamp/registration under the court's order, you must maintain an active membership in at least one of the following plaintiff organizations:

Gun Owners of America (GOA) / Gun Owners Foundation

Fi****ms Regulatory Accountability Coalition (FRAC)

Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (CCRKBA)

Fi****ms Policy Coalition (FPC) / FPC Action Foundation

How It Works at Checkout
Verify Your Membership: Bring your active membership card/number (or proof of Life Membership) for one of the covered organizations listed above.

Complete the Affidavit: You will complete a brief commercial transaction affidavit verifying your membership and acknowledging the court's current legal boundaries/risks.

Run Your 4473: We will run your standard background check (Form 4473 / NICS) just like a standard firearm transaction. All state laws and rules apply.

Unfortunately, Wednesday came and went without the expected guidance from the ATF regarding suppressor transfer changes for qualifying customers. Like many dealers and manufacturers, our team made multiple calls yesterday, but received no response.

We were optimistic—having been told the recent eForms update would bring clarity—but unfortunately, it did not.

What’s next? We are now waiting for the ATF to respond to the demand letter for industry-wide compliance guidance, led by Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond, eight other state attorneys general, and the NSSF.

We will keep you updated as soon as we hear more. Thank you for your continued patience.
