The kids have been having an amazing summer! They have been rocking the Larkspur Market on Wednesday nights, Hours in the Cottage when they have time. Lots of visitors that just drop by to shop and an amazing community of support all across the nation with a group on Facebook called Campsite Critters (Check them out! There always is more fun to be had, but sometimes the lessons are big!!

After McKenna released her Family sets we had a customer reach out and ask if we could enlarge two of the playsets we offer to be almost double in size and include two big pocket pals and two microminis.
Grayden was very excited about this project. They talked about the details and guesstimation pricing because he prices everything based on weight.
After the project was finished and he reached out for it to be picked up he was blindsided with a conversation of “How dare he think someone would pay that money for silly plastic and who in their right mind would deal with kids who false advertise, and that honestly wasn’t exactly what happened either.

After it was all said and done we learned a lesson and will navigate things a tad bit differently moving forward!With that being said if in the future something is different about an order we take or asking a few more follow up questions don’t take it personally. We are going to just try to have consistent practices in place and hopefully everyone is heard and served better.

But also in the meantime we have a One of a Kind “Rainforest Set” available!
