My passion for art began when I saw a painting on a wall at a store and thought, "I can do that." My first customer was my sister and her payment was in the form of a much appreciated, expensive spa day. She was my best and only customer for about a year. Then my brother bought his first house and his extremely fashionable wife requested VM designs to decorate their walls. As word spread, their fr

iends started calling me, wanting VM originals for their own homes. My new found passion for painting was no longer just a hobby. When I was pregnant with my first son, I felt amazing. I couldn't believe the superpower I had! The ability to make a person! I wanted to find a way to preserve that special moment in a woman's pregnancy for her to remember the amazing things her body can do! When I was 38 weeks pregnant I decided to do a belly mold and paint it. It turned out great and hung on the nursery wall. My second son loves to stick his head inside his mold and announce that he used to live in there. I regretfully didn't have time, due to complications, to do a mold of my daughter. I'm not sure how I am going to explain that one to the "neglected third child." I was belly molding any pregnant friend who would let me! Friends of friends were making their own molds but they didn't feel they were artistic enough to finish them to display. They had this amazing keepsake of their baby but didn't know what to do with it. It was then that Baby Bumps by V was born.

I’ve been so busy and all over the board with my crafting. I couldn’t quit the hot chocolate bombs after Christmas so I made super cute mini bombs for the kids and of course regular size for Valentine’s Day. I also couldn’t help but make chocolate shot glasses to spice up your evening. ❤️ ❤️
