Try the thing. Buy the supplies. Be terrible at it. Put it away for three years. Pick it back up when you feel like it.

This project pouch is evidence that sewing and I have some unfinished business. 😂

I think sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to be good at the things we do that we forget hobbies are allowed to just bring us joy.

You don’t have to master it.
You don’t have to monetize it.
You don’t even have to finish it.

You can just enjoy being curious.

So yes, I’ll probably come back to this little pouch eventually. And in the meantime, I’ll probably collect three more hobbies.

Be a hobby collector. Do the things that bring you joy.

Apparently what you really need is… a new hobby obsession. 😂

Or at least a sticker that accurately represents the things you love buying:

✨ And, naturally… stickers about buying stickers.

I can’t get you a boyfriend, but I can get you a sticker. 😂
