JEWELRY TIP CLEANING Sterling Silver-
Worn links/silver can happen.

Sterling silver links can wear out over time due to friction, softness of the metal and chemical exposure.
Constant movement between individual links causes microscopic rubbing, THINNING silver slowly at pivot points over years of daily wear.
Pure silver is too soft for jewelry so it is often mixed with harder metals like copper, making 92.5% sterling silver.
It is softer than gold, causing it to wear under heavy tension.
Can gold Links wear out….. yes.

To the kind stranger who found my keys:
We don't know each other and we may never meet.
What I do know is that you are an honest, thoughtful and kind person.
While walking along Piedmont Avenue in Oakland with a coffee in your hand, you found my keys after they had fallen out of the pocket of my jean vest. Attached to them was my LV coin purse—the "keys to my life." Instead of walking past them, you took the time to bring them into Kaiser Oncology Registration and leave them safely at the front desk.
Just as I realized they were missing and was ready to retrace my steps to the parking garage the next street over, another patient shared that someone had just turned in a set of keys. I cannot describe the relief I felt.
I am incredibly grateful for your honesty and kindness.
In a world where simple acts of goodness can make a profound difference, yours certainly did. Thank you for reminding me that there are still wonderful people who quietly do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
I hope your kindness comes back to you many times over.
