Today was one of those days that tested me.
Robert and I spent the entire day working on the pig area. I’m exhausted. I’m sore. I’m running on fumes, and mentally today was a hard day. Like so many people who dedicate themselves to a cause, sometimes I find myself questioning if I’m doing enough.
Then something happened.
A wonderful couple stopped by after a pig had been abandoned at their home. They had done everything they could to find the owner, reached out to other rescues, and somehow… they found us.
The fact that people are beginning to know who we are and trust us enough to ask for help means more than I can put into words.
In that single moment, every doubt I had this afternoon disappeared.
It reminded me that God continues to show me exactly where I’m supposed to be. Even on the days when I’m exhausted, hurting, and questioning everything, He has a way of sending the perfect reminder at exactly the right time.
Serendipity Farms has never just been about rescuing animals. It’s about giving hope to the forgotten, the neglected, and the ones that others have given up on. Every life matters. Every rescue matters. Every person who believes in our mission matters.
Tonight, my heart is full. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, believed in us, shared our posts, donated, volunteered, or simply trusted us to help an animal in need. You may never realize just how much your faith in us keeps us going.
God is good, and He keeps reminding me that this is exactly where I am meant to be.
❤️ Sarah
