One week left before Aurora and *MALEFICENT* arrive at PBB!
Whether you have been to all of them, or this is your first chance, we hope you join us on Saturday for our special Halloween storytime! We’ve been BEGGING Maleficent to make an appearance, and while we know True Love Conquers All, we can’t wait to see these two in action!

Sorry guys, some stuff came up that we need to deal with! You know I never like to close during normal hours, but we got to get things done so we can be here and ready to recommend books, read to your littles, and live our best lives again tomorrow.
Thanks for understanding! 😘

You guys! Look who I ran into! You may not know her, but this lady is responsible for getting us your Threshing Day, ACOTAR, 99% of our cozy fantasy, When Dealing’s with Dragons, tons of YA fantasy, middle grade favorite The Queen’s Granddaughter, my favorite picture book to read out loud… Escargot, and SO. Much. More!

Shout out to all of our fabulous reps for all of our amazing publishers! I love getting to meet them in person!

And also, shameless plug for my bookstore besties, Phat Tracks Books & Records whose shirt I just had to wear today!

Il va encore pleuvoir aujourd’hui. C’est comme ça. ☔️

Mais heureusement, j’ai le roman dystopique de Christelle Dabos (en anglais) et Édith Piaf à la radio.

Bah, je vis juste ma meilleure vie. 💁🏻‍♀️

P.S. Copies are in their way to the store! I highly recommend, and I’m only about a third of the way done!
