- salty 🧂- our premium oysters are grown in the mouth of the white oak river to Bogue sound. The salinity is very high, giving you a briny taste

- deep cup 🦪 - our selects feature a deep cup & perfect lip to slurp the freshest oysters on the

- fresh - our oysters can be harvested year round & eaten raw (not just the winter). We pull our oysters out of the water & deliver them within 24 hours of harvest. Doesn't get much fresher than that
