Peppermint oil: Ease headaches.

Lavender oil: stress, pain, and sleep and depression.
Eucalyptus oil: is a great essential oil on hand during the cold season. It soothes a stuffed-up nose by opening your nasal passages so you can breathe easier. (Peppermint oil can also help with this.) It helps with energizes and refresh the body. it has a calming and soothing effect on your mood.
Lemon oil: Reduce anxiety and depression.
Orange oil: Reduce anxiety.
