And just like that, our little pop-up shop inside Mode NewBo has officially closed its doors. 💚

What an amazing experience this has been! I’ve truly loved every minute of it — from setting up the space and hunting for just the right vintage finds to seeing what you all took home with you. Most of all, THANK YOU to everyone who stopped in, shopped small, shared a post, told a friend or supported this little business in any way. It means more than you know. 🥹💚

With Mode making their move to Marion, this chapter is coming to an end…but I’m definitely not going anywhere! I’m just figuring out what the next adventure looks like. 👀✨

In the meantime, you can still shop all the vintage goodness at our booth inside Back Porch Pickers and Artisans in Mount Vernon — and you’ll continue to find us popping up at local markets throughout the area.

So really…you can’t get rid of me that easily. 😂💚

Here’s to the end of one really fun chapter and whatever comes next! 🥂

It’s the end of an era for our little shop inside Mode NewBo. As Mode prepares to move to its new location at 1038 7th St in Marion, next door to Brick Alley, the NewBo location will be closing at the end of September.

Join us starting at 4 p.m. on Thursday to celebrate this bittersweet transition and say goodbye. Enjoy drinks, snacks, shopping specials, and good cheer—shop, help us prepare for the move, or simply stop by to say goodbye! 💚💚

Although Meadow & Brook will no longer be at the NewBo location, you can still find us at local markets and at our booth inside Back Porch Pickers in Mount Vernon.

Celebrate America’s birthday with a little vintage treasure hunting!

Stop by my booth at in Mt. Vernon, open today from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. With 100 amazing vendors to explore, you’ll discover so many one-of-a-kind treasures.

Some thrift trips are good... and then there are the ones where you just keep finding treasures around every corner. 💚

This haul had a little bit of everything:
🐶 A bulldog I couldn’t leave behind
🌸 Beautiful blue-and-white pieces
🏺 Handmade pottery with a story
🥄 Hand-painted wooden spoons full of character
🫙 And, of course, more glass canisters for my ever-growing collection!

One of my favorite things about vintage shopping is imagining new ways to use old pieces. Rice bowls become catch-alls, saucers become candle holders, and glass canisters end up holding everything from coffee to dog treats. That’s the beauty of vintage—there are no rules.

Just in time for the 4th of July, you’ll find vintage 48-star American parade flags and a timeless “We the People” print to add a little patriotic charm to your home. And if red, white, and blue isn’t your style, don’t worry—I’ve also stocked some adorable mid-century daisy tumblers, a gorgeous solid brass horse, and plenty of other one-of-a-kind vintage treasures.

The best part? Every visit brings something new, and once it’s gone...it’s gone!

That’s a wrap on ✨

What an incredible weekend celebrating 10 years of this amazing market. From the vendors, to the shoppers, to the llamas 🦙… this event truly is so special!

The amount of people who came out this weekend absolutely blew me away. Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth, shared kind words, and gave a vintage piece a new home. One of my favorite parts is meeting all of you and hearing how you’ll breath new life into these treasures. ❤️

And a huge thank you to Jess, Steve, and their incredible team for creating such a beautiful event and making it feel so special for both vendors and shoppers alike.

Now excuse my red face… just proof of a long, hard, really good weekend...until next time 💚

The vintage treasures are piling up and I cannot wait to bring them to this Friday & Saturday ✨

This collection is full of florals, charming pottery, hand-painted details, and the sweetest vintage dog figurines that completely stole my heart. Some pieces make it very hard to be the seller and not the buyer 😂
