We have been so crazy busy with amazing custom orders and holiday shoppers, I forgot to post holiday hours. 😬

We will be open during Roasters coffee shop hours for any last minute holiday shopping (Tuesday/Wednesday).

Today we are working on getting restocked and finalizing pre-orders.

Then closed on Christmas to rest and relax.

Whew! What an amazing season!! 🎄

Good morning!!

These beauties are restocked at Anhs Bread Therapy & Tea House. They are an assortment of tea truffles (Lavender, Thai tea, Matcha, English Breakfast, Earl Grey, and Jasmine). Made with Belgian and Swiss chocolate. ❤️
These were fun to make and am so grateful for this collaboration. ❤️ ❤️

These flavors are exclusive to Anh’s tea house and pair nicely with her tea selection. Check out her bakery when you get the chance, her products are unique and amazing!

Newbo is closed today due to weather. We will be back tomorrow. Also, our store phone is fixed! We didn’t realize our landline hasn’t been working properly but it’s all good now.

Pistachio Dubai bars are finally here! Made in house.
These are highly addictive…that crunch is so satisfying!

These have the kataifi crunchy bits, chopped pistachios, pistachio cream, tahini, pistachio praline and Belgian milk chocolate. This is my take on the infamous Dubai bars that are trending all over the world.
(Thank you to FIX dessert chocolatier for creating this amazing confection!)

I FINALLY created a version I am happy with. It was a challenge finding a pistachio cream that is shelf stable AND tasty (most had too much almond flavor and/or was incredibly sweet).
Pistachio is such a delicate flavor, it’s easily overpowered by the additional ingredients.

I’ve been experimenting in my limited free time and will try to squeeze these into production as much as I can. It took a long time to get it right, but it’s soooo worth it.

These are pricey, but the ingredients are expensive and also take a while to make (many many steps to the process).
I’m hoping you all love this version as much as I do. ❤️

Shout out to Anhs Bread Therapy and CR Midnight Smoker BBQ for making amazing food and being wonderful neighbors.
Made a sandwich using pulled pork, peach bbq sauce and coconut buns. It was AMAZING!! Perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Highly recommend!
