Expect the unexpected at The Apple Shed — welcoming locals and travelers to Cedaredge for 35 years with local art, wine, gifts, sweet treats, events, and the NEW home to Psycho Pig BBQ! The AppleShed proudly displays the artwork of many quality fine artists from around the Western Slope of Colorado. In addition we carry a very nice selection of furniture to go along with our gallery. We also have designer clothing, jewelery, and much more. And to make your shopping day a fun experience plan on having a glass of Williams Cellars wine.

Big news at The Apple Shed: the Soda Saloon is transitioning to Psycho Pig Bar-B-Que! Same location, same friendly team, with Pitmaster Scott Bonner leading the charge—and the barbecue you’ve grown to love available SEVEN DAYS A WEEK beginning this weekend! 🎉

No more waiting for the next BBQ weekend to get your fix!

The full transition will take a little time, so things will look familiar while they update signage, expand menus, and settle into this next chapter. Thanks for your patience and for cheering Scott and the team on. Come get barbecue “so good you’ll go crazy for more!”

This year’s freeze may have taken our local apple crop, but it didn’t take away apple season! Our family's sister farm, Idalou Harvest Co. in Texas, has sent us beautiful Honeycrisp apples—delicious, crisp and grown with the same care you expect from the farm families we know and love. Come get yours at Red Shed Produce this weekend!
