Sometimes, we don't know we're making a difference until someone takes the time to tell us.
A kind word they remembered.
A conversation that made them feel welcome.
Something you did that made a difficult day a little easier.
A small kindness you gave without ever thinking about it again.
We spend so much time wondering if we're doing enough that we can forget something important:
We don't always get to see the ripples we create.
The smallest things can travel farther than we ever imagined. A little encouragement can become confidence.
Kindness can be carried into someone else's day. A moment that seemed ordinary to you can become something another person remembers for a very long time.
And sometimes, if we're lucky, one of those ripples finds its way back to us—and someone tells us.
So today, think about the person who made a difference in your week.
Maybe they already know.
Maybe they don't.
Tell them. 💛
Because you never know when your words might be the ripple that finds its way back to someone who needs the reminder that what they do matters, too.
