Southern tomato gravy in the Hestan NanoBond 2qt Saucier.

Roux to tomatoes to simmering to cleanup, and nothing stuck. When it was time to clean up, all it took was a spatula to capture every last bit of tomato.

Sure, being an experienced cook probably helped. But we’re giving some credit to the pan, too.
