Jimmy Osborne Music is looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Desk Administrator to join our musical family!

This part-time position is ideal for a retired educator, office manager, administrative professional, customer service professional, or other organized individual seeking meaningful part-time work in a positive and welcoming environment.

📍 377 Main Street
Center Moriches

🕒 2 Days Per Week
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Additional hours may be available during busy seasons.

Responsibilities include:
✔ Student scheduling and lesson coordination
✔ Customer service and parent communication
✔ Billing support and payment processing
✔ Student records and office administration
✔ Social media updates
✔ Supporting our teachers, students, and families

We're looking for someone who:
⭐ Has excellent customer service skills
⭐ Is organized and detail-oriented
⭐ Is comfortable using technology and learning new software
⭐ Has experience with Google Workspace
⭐ Has QuickBooks experience (preferred)
⭐ Communicates professionally
⭐ Takes initiative and follows through
⭐ Is flexible and willing to provide occasional coverage during vacations, sick days, and special events

Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
