Job Overview

We are an equipment rental store located in the Springboro/Centerville area. We are seeking a motivated and results driven sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base. You will work inside at our store assisting walk in customers, answering phones and making phone calls to new and existing customers. You will also work outside the store prospecting for new customers and visiting existing customers. You will be given a database of customers to expand upon and are expected to develop your own leads on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote our products and services.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts and results.
• Participate in networking events and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the owner to develop effective sales strategies. Meet weekly to discuss results and the following week plan.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and customer relations.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Experience in lead generation and direct sales techniques is required.
• Knowledge of light construction equipment, landscape and tree equipment and small tools.
• Knowledgeable with computers and CRM programs to track performance.
• Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
