ANNOUNCEMENT: Another downtown building is getting new life!

A new partnership between Revitalize Richmond, the Wayne County Land Trust and Richmond Neighborhood Restoration will restore 713 East Main Street, most recently home to Tabletop Adventures.

The project will preserve the building’s historic character while preparing it for renewed use. Plans include maintaining a single commercial storefront on the first floor and restoring the residential unit on the second floor. The residential space will feature a single-bedroom apartment with both street and alley access, as well as a rooftop outdoor space.

Projects like this bring long-vacant buildings back into active use and create new opportunities for businesses and downtown living. We’re so grateful for the incredible partners who make this work possible!
