My property manager sent this email to me today regarding my upstairs neighbor problem
For context, I had this upstairs neighbor who moved in about maybe 4 or 5 months ago. They would play music early mornings and party late at nights till 1 or 2 in the morning. I have already approached the neighbor twice about this, after the second time, he was drunk with his friends and it felt dangerous so I started contacting my property manager with proof of the disturbances, he said he would look into it and said he would talk with him and to update him about the noise and continue to provide proof so I have been. Lately, my neighbor had been making a lot of noise and so I had provided more proof and asked for a copy of the noise section of the leasing agreement just in case and he sent me this.

I've contacted police before in the past for some other neighbors but the police in my area do not take these calls seriously and would take hours to show up or not show up at all. I'm stumped.

Question for a Clerk: Really tho?
So I'm a city carrier, and I don't know the ins and outs of PO Box fulfillment and what all has to be signed for/dated/tracked etc (comparatively).

But I do know that as a city carrier, if a letter has a Certified Label with a return receipt, I have to go up to the door, knock, and attempt to get a signature. If I can't, slap a 3849 on that door and move on.

So I sent a letter to our own HR department's PO Box, with a Cert/Return Receipt because I wanted a clear time table of someone actually receiving this information since it's time sensitive. I got a blank receipt back.

Is this normal for PO Box mail? I wanted to see that a HR Rep actually went to the box to pick this up. Now all I have is "well it's in there. Maybe? Good luck? Could be a random Box?"

Good thing it doesn't have enough personal information for identity theft....OH WAIT!!

Is PO Box mail treated differently? Why did I pay for these extra services if it didn't mean f*ck all.

Is this fair for a toilet replacement?
Just got quoted $1890 for a toilet replacement(I’m supplying toilet) this seems quite a high quote but maybe in wrong? Didn’t say there was any major issues I even asked if I could source my own toilet from Bunnings but said it would void warranty. Any ideas of a reasonable price?
