Thursday is looking pretty good around here!

Beck’s Bakes is staying open late tonight, which means you can grab dinner while you’re here — and may we strongly suggest the Thai soup + a sandwich situation? šŸ˜‹

Then settle in at STEMS for live music with Heath Rankin from 6–8pm and, most importantly, a glass (or two) from our brand-new fall w**e menu. We’ve spent the last several weeks tasting, comparing and narrowing things down, and we’re pretty excited for you to meet the new lineup.

And yes, Thursdays are College Happy Hour from 4–8pm — university students and professors get $1 off beverages with a valid college ID. But don’t let the name fool you: Thursday nights are for everybody. College Night is just a little extra perk for our university crowd.

Dinner, live music, new w**es and a Thursday evening at the Mill. See you tonight! šŸ„‚

The summer w**e wall is about to get a little makeover…

This is your last weekend to sip from our summer menu before we start swapping bottles for fall — and trust us, we have been doing our homework. šŸ˜‰ For the past few weeks, we’ve been tasting, comparing, taking notes, going back for another sip for ā€œresearch purposes,ā€ and narrowing down the w**es that get a spot on the new menu.

We put a lot of thought into what makes it onto the STEMS wall — w**es that are interesting without being intimidating, bottles you might not pick up on your own, and, most importantly, w**es we’re genuinely excited to pour for you.

A couple of summer favorites have earned the right to stick around, but most are making way for some really fun new fall sips we can’t wait to introduce you to.

But before we make it official… you get a vote.

If you could save ONE w**e from the summer menu, which one are you refusing to let us take down? Tell us below.

And maybe come have one more glass this weekend… just in case your favorite doesn’t make the cut. šŸ„‚

Join us at STEMS W**e Bar for an evening exploring the w**es of Spain — just in time for the shift into fall.

Our friends from Mission Grape Distributors will guide us through five Spanish w**e pours, showcasing different grapes, regions, and styles and giving you a little more insight into what makes Spanish w**e so distinctive. Whether you already love Spanish w**es or couldn’t name a single Spanish grape, this tasting is meant to be fun, approachable, and a great way to discover something new.

We’ll pair the w**es with Spanish-inspired snacks, and if you find a bottle (or several ) you love, special case discounts will be available for tasting guests that evening.

POUR OF THE WEEK: Vigneti di Bruma Falanghina

If you missed our sold-out Italian w**e tasting last week, we’ve got a tasty little consolation prize for you. This week’s Pour of the Week was one of the favorites of the night, so we’re bringing it back by the glass for everyone to try!

Never had Falanghina? It’s an ancient white grape native to southern Italy, most closely associated with Campania, where it’s been grown for centuries. It tends to make w**es that are wonderfully aromatic but still crisp and dry — think lemon and citrus, white flowers, pear and stone fruit, often with a distinctive mineral or slightly salty finish.

That combination of fruit + acidity + minerality makes Falanghina ridiculously refreshing and very food-friendly. And with the temperatures we’re having this week, a cold glass of southern Italian white w**e feels especially appropriate.

If you tend to reach for Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio but want to venture a little outside your usual order, this is a really fun grape to try.

Come see why it was one of the standouts from our Italian tasting — available by the glass all week at STEMS.

And speaking of tastings… keep an eye out tomorrow!
We’re releasing tickets for our next w**e tasting on October 8. Our last one sold out, so you’ll want to grab your spot early!
