Well after almost 1yr of dealing this this bu****it Mr Ed Dobbins finally decided to pay what the court ordered him too. I still do not recommend doing business with this clown what so ever. He doesn't value his customers or employees. He thought he could just take my money an use covid as an excuse an get away with it. So please do not do business with Ed Dobbins also known as Family First Appliance Repair. Again Ed Dobbins is a as***le in my opinion an tried to scam me. Finally he got what he deserved in court

So court was supposed to be today but Mr Edward Dobbins decided to file a motion to defend yesterday an now court is in February. This clown has known about court for 3 weeks minimum an decided to file a motion yesterday. Also I still have NOT gotten my fridge part. Its been almost 9 months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR MR EDWARD DOBBINS. He took my money an never did provide services or offer a full refund. This man has no business being in business. He has a fake address for his business in Centreville Md an he will not return phone calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Ok so after trying to find a address for a Edward Dobbins D.B.A. Family First Appliance ive been unsuccessful. Anyone with a address to Edward Dobbins please PM me. The company has a office in Chestertown thats been vacant for 6 months at least. Any information is greatly appreciated. This company took over $200 from me to fix a appliance 6 months ago. They won't return any phone calls or emails. Beware of Family First Appliance. They are true scam artists

5/28/20 so I called again because this company does NOT contact its customers. After a lengthy conversation with the mgr Ed an wasting more of my time I've decided to file in court. This mgr tried to twist his words so he didnt look like complete as***le. I've waited now almost 9 weeks to get my refrigerator fixed an this clown has a ton of excuses. His last comment was he'll drop the part at my home am he's done with me. Is that how you treat your customers?? He needs to find another career just management is not his thing. Maybe he should get a job at McDonalds, oh that's right they was open during the pandemic so he couldn't do that either... BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS!!!

So as of today 5-26-20 I still have NOT received even a phone call from this scam artist type of company. The message on their answering machine states that their open 8a-12p. But I guess a phone call takes too much effort. Do NOT do business with this company. They think they can take your money and you'll forget about it. Well if no communication is recieved by Monday June 1st then I will file in court. Do business with reputable companies not scam artist.....

This company does NOT contact customers to inform them on what's going on. Staff is extremely rude and un-caring. Communication is key to a good business and this company is MUTE...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will just pocket your money and stop all communication with you

Beware of this company. They took my money Feb 27 2020 to repair my fridge and as of May 9 2020 they still have not fixed the fridge or even tried to have any communication with me. Do not use this business especially if they treat customers this way.
