Got a few more mugs from Santa this year!

Warning: If you see this mug for sale, the artist has stolen my design. After discussing my idea in February, I paid them to sculpt the mug, with plans to pay for him to make the mold and produce the run. After 7 months with no evidence of any work being done, I filed a claim with PayPal. They then began to berate me and call me profane names, and saying that I’ve ruined their business. Their final communication to me (sans pictures, once again), was to tell me he was going to finish “his” mug, since he had the idea already.
It makes me sad that I’ve had problems with the second AND third mug I’ve tried to produce. But I’m not quite ready to give up just yet. I guess I’m going to have to try sculpting the next one myself, although it’s been several decades since I worked in clay.
Anyway, not looking for sympathy or legal advice. I’m putting my faith in the good people at PayPal to make the right decision, and hoping I don’t have to bring a lawsuit against anyone for stealing my design, but I have an overwhelming amount of evidence if that’s the case.
