We’re calling this one the “Flying A”!
A young man and his Grandfather made the body and put this together years ago. Now he’s all grown up and his Wife brought it in to get it playable. The electronics didn’t work, scale length was off and the neck pickup was dead. I installed a CTS volume pot, 3 way mini toggle pickup selector switch, new pickups, hand made control cavity cover, routed to add a neck humbucker, installed a new Gibson bridge in the correct place (the tailpiece was a wraparound bridge previously), fret end dressing, fret leveling, loose frets tapped down, and setup!
