Such a great morning with our NAWBO NEO Eastside group!

At today’s breakfast meeting, we dove into the topic:
"How has the rise of e-commerce impacted your traditional retail business, and what have you done to adapt?"

The conversation was lively and so valuable! Some of us shared how going online opened up big opportunities, while others talked about creative ways we’ve adjusted our businesses to meet customers where they are today.

Bottom line: whether online or in-person, we’re all adapting—and learning from each other.

One of my favorite ways to recharge is by visiting Louise Reiling at Auburn Pointe Greenhouse and planting a new porch pot for our home. There’s something about digging into the soil, playing with color and texture, and creating something beautiful that just soothes the soul.
It reminded me why I started LOCLE Box—to give busy people an easy way to send meaningful, artisan-made gifts to clients, employees, and friends. We don’t do mass-produced. We do local, intentional, and beautifully curated—with love from Ohio.
