Return Policy: No cash/credit refunds. In store credit is the only form of refund we offer. Only regularly priced yarn may be returned for in store credit. Must be within 14 days of purchase. Yarn is weighed when returned. If it weighs less than the weight listed we will not accept the return. No returns on any discounted items, needles, patterns, or yarn that has been wound. Merchandise must be in original packaging, smoke free, undamaged, with original label & contain no pet hair. If an item has been discontinued by the manufacturer it can not be returned.
