--STORE RULES-- Rule No. 1: HAVE FUN! • No Camping! Folding chairs are okay, no tents or air mattresses! • Fighting will not be tolerated and those involved will be BANNED From the store! • Please be respectful of our neighboring business; leave your area better than you found it. • No Strollers,Back packs, or outside bags in store. • Once children enter the store they must remain with an adult at ALL TIMES! If we have to. We will ask parent and child to leave. • Only a certain number of customers can enter the store at a time. • DO NOT push or run in the store. • Do not throw or toss any products in or outside the bins. • Opening boxes WILL result in immediate removal from the store. Ask for employee assistance. • Once an employee has assisted in opening boxes have the boxes taped up to keep its contents secure. • If we are at capacity: when one customer leaves another may enter. • If you are removed from the store no items may be purchased. • Two 19 gal Ikea bags will be provided to each customer. • Keep your bags with you at all times they can no longer be stored against the wall. • If left unattended the items within will be returned to the bins. • Once your bags are full: Please check your items for purchase. Return unwanted items to bins and continue shopping. • After check out customers may return to shop providing there isn’t a line waiting to come in. • Once paid for. Items MUST be carried out to car. I smoke, Can I smoke in line? We would respectfully ask you to step away from the line if you feel the need to have a smoke. Its ultimately up to you how you’d like to handle that. But, please be respectful to those around you. What about Children? ALL Children under 12 years old MUST BE with a parent at ALL TIMES. Violators will be asked to leave. If there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges how do I know my item works? We get our stock from returns, refurbished, and out of season items. There is a chance it may not work or it can be an easy fix if you are handy. How often do you restock? Every 5 days. You can signup of store updates and flash sales on our page. That’s a big part of the excitement that keeps people coming back week after week. We can tell you that most of what we offer is new – usually overstock, out of season, or return merchandise from big-name retailers. What is your return/exchange policy? Everything is sold as-is. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. What time can we start lining up? Whenever you like. But please don’t spend the night. Is it true we can only bring in one bag or cart and once it is full you'll make us leave? Sort of. We do maintain fairness by limiting the amount someone can carry, but you are welcome to drop your items off in your car and come right back in!

Is it true that I cant bring in a stroller, Backpack, cart, or an outside bag? Yes that is 100% true. If I can't open a box how will I know what's inside? If you would like to open a box. We ask for you to please go to the designated testing area and have an employee help you. There are many small parts that may fall out and everything needs to be together for someone else if you don’t want it.
