First Street is open at University south for at least a few blocks today. So easy access to the parking lot again. The pavers aren't done though, they'll be back when they get all of First between Washington & Springfield chiseled down, then they'll put down new asphalt.

TUESDAY JULY 14
SOUTHBOUND FIRST STREET IS CLOSED AGAIN
When First street is closed, to get to our parking lot, if coming from the West on University, turn right at the traffic light after the Illinois Terminal building(just before you go under the RR viaduct) but not hard right into the bus only drive but angled to go under the RR tracks on Chester Street, go past Water Street and enter our parking lot (entrance between Courson Music & Manzellas). If coming from the South or East, you can go North on Water Street to Chester, turn right, go a few car lengths and then turn left into our parking lot. Water Street is a North South street and runs at a slight angle & is between the RR tracks and 1st Street, ending at Chester Street. It can be entered off Springfield Ave. Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully they will put First Street back together soon.

We will close early at 1:00 Wednesday Dec 24 Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day. We will be open our normal hours (9:15-5:00) Friday & Saturday.
