Nice couple came from Illinois visited.
They drive entire Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica taking 15 days.
She lived 5 years in Japan before.
So we talked about Japanese food, train, maccha and others.
Of course, she spoke Japanese well but we talked in English,
but my English was too bad.
I was so happy to see them.

A sweet smiling lady visited from Indiana.
She drove half of west side of Route 66 before,
so on this time more half Route 66 from Chicago.
Talking with her, I said I was Japanese.
She had never been to Japan, but her son had been,
her son said Japan was very beautiful, she said.
I was so happy to hear from her.

Nice couple stopped by Visitor Center.
They came from Missouri, where they live north of Kansas City.
Till here, they drove on Route 66.
From now, they go to Texas.
Next week there is a big event is held in Amarillo Texas.
I hope to enjoy in Oklahoma.

She drives a part of Route 66 and goes to Texas, Utah and other many places taking 1 month by herself.
Wow, great traveling.
She came US and visited many places before, but 2nd times driving on Route 66.
So she researched many places.
Perhaps fer her, this trip will likely be a memorable one.

Yesterday the house across the street cut branches of trees.
It was to be clear.
Trees are to be bigger every year.
We must cut them.

Nice two ladies visited.
They came from Alaska.
Wow, I’m so glad, visitors coming from Alaska is not so many.
I asked them to come here by car or not.
They flew to Chicago by plane, at there they drive entire Route 66 to LA taking 3 weeks.
I never been to Alaska, so I asked them, Alaska is too cold now.
Not so cold now, but winter, a lot of snow accumulates.
On this season, it’s a good season for them.

Good weather in Chandler.

The weather report said rainy days continue for a while.
I knew grasses were to be too big,
so I had to mow.
I thought after rainy day.
But not good, so I asked to mow yesterday.
It’s to be good.
I feel good.

They came from Springfield Illinois,
and from Chicago they drive entire Route 66.
They take 13 days to LA and fly to Illinois.
It’s a good plan to driving Route 66.
They visited many places and enjoy.

Cloudy sky in Chandler.

This year is Route 66 Centennial,
so many people travel on Route 66.
Oklahoma State and Oklahoma Route 66 Association issue many booklets, all free.
Those are very interesting as book.
Please come and take it.
I hope many travelers enjoy in Oklahoma.

Mother & daughter visited from Kentucky.
They drive entire Route 66.
I asked mother how many days on this trip.
She asked me she didn’t know how many, but 4 days after, they come back to Kentucky.
Now it’s too hot days, be careful and have a nice day!
