More engraving space = more room to get creative. 👀🔪🔥

On MakerFlo LIVE, Sam broke down the updates we made to our pocket knives with makers in mind.

🔩 On the black knives, we removed an unnecessary screw and relocated another to the corner—opening up MORE usable engraving space.

🪵 On the wood knives, we extended the wood across the handle, giving you a bigger, cleaner area to personalize.

You launch a new product at a show or online and… crickets. 😅 Does that mean it’s time to give up on it? Not necessarily.

Before you ditch the product, John says to look at the market. 👀

If similar products are selling on Etsy, Amazon, at craft shows, or through other businesses, that’s a sign there IS a market for it. The question becomes: what can you change about how YOU’RE selling it? 🔥

Maybe it’s the pricing. The audience. The design. The offer. Or how you’re marketing it.

Test. Adjust. Try again. And if it still isn’t the right fit for your business? It’s okay to pivot and move on. 🙌

🌎 International shipments can run into customs restrictions
📦 Pocket knives may be seized depending on the destination
💸 A seized package can mean losing the product + shipping costs AND having to refund your customer
