Three days away from my first market weekend with For Flavor’s Sake at the Burnsville Farmers Market at Burnsville Center from 9am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday, and I’m feeling a mix of excitement, gratitude, nerves, and appreciation for how far this journey has already come.

What started as an idea around flavor, creativity, and community is now becoming something real that people will actually get to taste, experience, and support in person. That means a lot to me.

There’s still plenty to do before the weekend, but more than anything I’m just thankful. Thankful for everyone who has encouraged me, shared posts, tested blends, offered advice, stopped to talk food with me, or simply believed in what I’m building.

This season is about learning, growing, meeting people, supporting local, and continuing to build something meaningful one jar, one conversation, and one market at a time.

If you’re around this weekend, come say hi, sample some blends, and support a lot of amazing local vendors and small businesses. Looking forward to finally being there.

Less than two weeks away until my first market at the Burnsville Farmers' Market and it’s finally starting to feel real.

A lot of late nights, testing blends, adjusting recipes, building systems, designing labels, and figuring things out one step at a time has led up to this. Excited to get out into the community, meet people face to face, and share what I’ve been building with For Flavor’s Sake.

Checked out the Prior Lake food truck event today put on by the Laker Education Foundation. Great food, music, and community vibes all around!

I grabbed a sausage, pepper, and onion garlic bread hoagie with fries from Kennys Meatball Wagon , plus some freeze dried treats from my friend at Willow's Wonders . Amazing!

Love seeing local food and community support come together like this.

Checked out the Shakopee Food Truck Festival this morning and it was packed with awesome food trucks, vendors, music, and people out enjoying the day. Lots of great local businesses and some seriously good food out there today. 🌮🎶

If you get a chance to swing by, it’s going on until 8 PM tonight. Definitely worth checking out and supporting some local vendors while you’re there. ❤️

Love seeing events like this that bring people together, support local businesses, and give back to the community.

The Laker Educational Foundation Food Truck Fest is happening May 16 from 3–7 PM in downtown Prior Lake with food trucks, treats, cold drinks, and live music. Participating food trucks will also be donating a portion of their sales to support the Laker Educational Foundation and local school initiatives.

That’s a pretty awesome combination: local food, local makers, families, music, and support for students all in one event.

If you’re around Prior Lake, go check it out, grab something good to eat, support the vendors, and help support something meaningful in the community.

Burnsville, I’m coming for you!

I’ll have a booth at the Burnsville Farmers' Market at the Burnsville Center on May 30 and 31. The market opens at 9 AM.

This is a huge moment for me. I’ll be showing up with something I’ve built, blended, tested, and poured a whole lot of heart into.

Three more weeks until my first market booth this summer… and honestly, my very first market booth ever.

I’m excited. Nervous. Anxious. Probably overthinking every little detail already. 😅

There’s something really vulnerable about opening yourself up and sharing something you made with complete strangers. Something that started in your own kitchen suddenly becomes something the public gets to experience, judge, connect with, and hopefully enjoy.

That’s both terrifying and incredibly exciting at the same time.

But honestly, I can’t wait.

My first weekend out this year will be at the Burnsville Farmers' Market on Saturday and Sunday, May 30 & 31.

Looking forward to seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and being part of this community.
