Two Angels Sauvignon Blanc, from Lake County, California, is one of our new favorites for the summer. This Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fresh fruit notes - primarily guava, melon, and citrus. The flavors are well layered and develop in the glass. The fruit is complemented nicely with a crispness that is refreshing. It is beautifully clean and dry, showing notes of minerality on the finish.
This Sauvignon is versatile and can pair with so many foods. Enjoy with grilled shrimp, fresh oysters, herbed halibut, Asian dishes, or a tangy cheese platter. Delicious!

Chime Pinot Noir, Oregon. This Pinot Noir has aromas of sweet vanilla and cinnamon surrounding the fresh cherry core. The wine shows off its bright, juicy red fruits, focusing on the red cherry and raspberry notes. The fruit notes are beautifully layered with a slight hint of toasted spice and subtle oak. It finishes out round and silky.

It’s a traditional Oregon Pinot that you can enjoy with anything, including big seafood dishes (grilled or baked salmon, particularly), poultry, red meat, and lighter pasta dish.

For those of you in the area, come join us on Friday, July 17th, from 3pm – 6pm for an in-store tasting during the Summer Sale in downtown Chappaqua.

On hand will be the brand ambassador for Zyr Vodka and Backlash Gin to guide you through these spectacular spirits that have just joined our line-up. Zyr Vodka (which originated in Russia, but is now an All-American product) is 6 times distilled and 10 times filtered for an incredibly smooth texture and clean flavor profile.

We have two of Madame Backlash gins to showcase. The first is Madame Backlash Blood Orange & Orange Blossom Gin, which has the sweet and tangy notes of the blood orange, followed by the delicacy of the orange blossoms. The second is Madame Backlash Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, which balances the tart crispness of the rhubarb and finishes with the warming, yet subtle heat of the ginger.

All of these make the perfect base for your favorite cocktail or for drinking on their own.

The 2023 Alasia Barbera (Piemonte DOC) is a vibrant, juicy, and medium-bodied Italian red wine. It has youthful aromas of fresh raspberry, black cherry, and plum.

Ripe fruit-forward flavors of blackberries and tart red cherry are perfectly balanced with soft tannins and a subtle savory spiciness.

It is widely favored for its food-friendly nature, offering bright, red, and dark fruits, soft tannins, and a fresh, mouthwatering finish. It drinks best with a slight chill and served at 55-60 degrees. Serve it with a tomato-based pasta, pizza, grilled meat, or a hard cheese, such as Reggiano.

It is the epitome of the New Zealand style, with expressive notes of grapefruit and lemon zest, and undertones of melon and mango. Its crisp texture makes this a great choice for pairing with salads, grilled vegetables or fish, and, of course, with oysters and clams on the half shell.

Duck Pond Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon. This light Pinot Noir is layered with a long finish, and mild acidity. There are lingering fruit notes (thus, the finish) of spices and red berries. It’s a traditional Oregon Pinot that you can enjoy with anything, including big seafood dishes (roast/baked salmon, particularly), poultry, red meat, and lighter pasta dishes.
