Working on this years Krampus dolls! This weekend we’re in Syracuse with World Oddities Expo unfortunately there won’t be Krampus available this weekend….they will be at World Oddities Rochester in November and if they don’t sell out World Oddities Chicago in December!

Remember forever ago when I said more good people need to move here? Well this adorable little house is for sale in my village! Does it need cosmetic updates? Yes. Well guess who has a garage full of tools and will totally help you….ME! It’s perfect for a single person or tiny family like mine. AND I know my whole village qualifies for the USDA rural home loan, I bought my house through it and I only need a 640 credit score and $1,000 down. Granted I bought mine in 2011 for $69,000 so the down payment might be a smidge more. Come be one of my neighbors! This house is a block ish from mine.
