Country Things from The Stonehill Farm Our store Country Things offers handmade fiber art & forged ironwork and a variety of vintage goods.

John and Debra Boyd live and work in Charlemont Massachusetts creating functional and fanciful designs for the home. John has been a blacksmith for over 20 years crafting beautiful hardware and decor for the home and garden. Debra has worked in various mediums over the years both as a folk art painter utilizing many found and upcycled items and as a fiber artist needle felting locally grown wool.

Our store offers our forged ironwork and fiber art as well as country giftware and a trip down memory lane with fun and useful vintage goods for sale.

Well here it is so far. We still have lots of items to add in this afternoon and then adding more each week. I had a few boxes of Christmas stored here so rather than find a place to put them for a month or so we decided to get a jump start on Christmas! Have a Merry, Merry day!!😊

With 90 degree temps this week it was too hot for John to do any forging in the blacksmith shop so he offered to help me in the shop. Yay!! We added a wall and small shelves to tidy up an area that was jumbled, that meant moving Everything around! Stop in and see our changes and new additions. Open 10-5 Sat & Sun.
