A recent personnel change was made based solely on issues that were identified through our video surveillance footage. To be clear, this situation did not arise from any accusations, reports, or statements made by others.

At this time, I have no reason to believe that any owners, trainers, grooms, or anyone else on the backside of the track are involved in this matter in any way.

I’m sharing this to prevent misinformation and put an end to unnecessary rumors. If you were not involved in this situation or have no direct reason to be concerned, I kindly ask that you refrain from seeking additional details or engaging in speculation. This statement is simply to ensure that anyone affected has one clear explanation.
