Why do I entertain people who still believe a house is an asset lol 😂😂. Yeah maybe to the bank because it's not paying you!! You're paying for it with hard earned money 🤑🤑. So who's really getting screwed here ? Id rather invest in passive income and let my money make money while I take my hard earned money and use to scale up my knowledge or turn into an income generating business. I'm just saying food for thought!! No one knows where they will be in thirty years or what will happen in between that time. Look at what's going on out there in the world right now and tell me that you're 100% certain that you can fulfill that journey and still come out on top with life insurance, money saved up, family intact , and still be able to take the vacation trips that you want to take for as long as you want and still remain on top!? Women the reason why we as men tell you to keep other people out of our business is very simple!! The moment they tell you what you want to hear man/woman you take that advice and bring that same negative energy home.
