Due to the forecast for inclement weather, the City of Hanahan Christmas Tree Lighting & Holiday Vendor Market has been rescheduled to Friday, December 12th from 5:00–8:30 PM at the Hanahan Amphitheater!
We know this wasn’t an easy decision, but the safety of our community always comes first. ❤️
Don’t worry — the holiday fun isn’t going anywhere! You can still look forward to:

🎅🌞 Ho Ho Ho from Santa! 🌞🎅

Even though it’s the middle of summer, I’ll be trading in the snow for sunshine and making a special stop in Givhans for Christmas in July at The Big Tent Marketplace this Saturday, July 26th!

📍 1458 Hwy 61, Ridgeville, SC
🕗 Market opens at 8 AM
📸 Come see me from 11 AM – 1 PM to take a fun, festive summer photo with Santa!

Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, bring the whole family out for a jolly good time:

🎠 Inflatable jump slide for the kiddos
🎶 Holiday music & good cheer!

🎄✨ The Countdown to Christmas Has Begun! 🎅🕒

Only a few months to go until the most magical day of the year! And guess what? Santa Claus is already hard at work at the North Pole! Here’s what he’s up to:

🎁 Checking the Naughty & Nice Lists – He’s double-checking every name, so be on your best behavior!
🧝‍♂️ Workshop in Full Swing – The elves are busy building toys, wrapping gifts, and making sure everything is perfect.
🛷 Sleigh Tune-Up – The reindeer are training hard, and Santa’s sleigh is getting a fresh coat of magic dust!
📬 Reading Letters – Santa’s reading your wish lists, so don’t forget to send yours soon!
🍪 Tasting Cookies (for quality control, of course) – Gingerbread, sugar cookies, chocolate chip… he’s got to stay fueled!

🎶 The music is playing, the snow is falling, and the Christmas spirit is building. Are you ready?

🎅✨ A Grandpa’s Greatest Gift ✨🎅

Every December, I put on the red suit and slip into the role of Santa Claus — but there's one moment each year that means more to me than all the cookies and carols combined.

It’s the moment my grandson climbs up on my lap, wide-eyed and full of wonder. Getting to play Santa for him is more than just a tradition. It’s a quiet miracle. I get to watch his innocence unfold right in front of me, see his joy light up a room, and for a few magical minutes, I’m not just Grandpa — I’m the keeper of Christmas dreams.

Being Santa is an honor. Being his grandpa is the real magic. ❤️🎄
