The Fantastic Umbrella Factory is a series of six individual stores, plant nursery, seasonal T-shirt shack and henna artist, beautiful flower gardens, bamboo forest, and animals. Small Axe Productions carries gifts made locally and around the world including a wide range of jewelry, clothing, instruments, tapestries, pottery, blown and stained glass, music, tapestries, carvings and much more. The

General Store has gifts including toys, perfume oils, posters, and jewelry just to name a few. The Purple Shell has locally hand made Native American wampum jewelry and gifts. has multiple different designs of hand made candles, local licence plate art, Grateful Dead merchandise and more. Sugarees is a candy store selling everything selling all kinds of candy such as taffy, chocolates, gummies, specialty candy, and a large variety of local sodas and drinks. Frills Store has a wide variety of clothing and jewelry. Rustic Gardens is seasonal with a large selection of tropical plants, perennials, annuals, succulants, and much more. They also have many antiques and repurposed planters. A food truck is on site in the summer months with tables set up outside. Block print designs is seasonal at the shirt shack. They carry a wide variety of hand printed, original designs of RI and Umbrella Factory tshirts. As well as stickers and jewelry. There is also a very talented Henna artist on the grounds in the summer months. Different local artists are known to stop by and set up outside in the summer months. The grounds have beautiful gardens, bamboo forests, and animals including emus, guinea hens, and fancy chickens.
