Learning this is a whole new level of healing.
Realizing that this isn’t normal in any form of relationship - work environment, home environment or friendship is a self realization only you can do.
I can show you the mirror and show you how to protect your energy, but only you can make the changes in your life to keep your energy safe.

I’m here to help you.

I know this feeling all too well - I’m also the person people used to have to tip toe around!! Healing comes from the shadow side as well.

We believe in so many things we cannot see.

You can’t see Wi-Fi travelling through your home.

You can’t see Bluetooth connecting one device to another.

You can’t see radio waves, gravity, a thought, an emotion or the love you feel for someone.

Yet we don’t automatically dismiss something simply because it isn’t visible to our eyes.

We experience the world through more than what we can physically see.

And perhaps that’s worth remembering when we talk about **Reiki.**

Reiki is invisible.

You can’t hold it up and look at it.

And for someone who has never experienced Reiki, that can naturally bring questions or scepticism.

That’s okay.

Reiki doesn’t ask you to believe blindly.

For many people, the interesting part begins with simply being open enough to experience a Reiki session for themselves — and noticing what they feel.

Perhaps it’s a sense of warmth.

A feeling of deep relaxation.

A quietening of a busy mind.

Or simply an opportunity to stop, breathe and be still for a while.

We don’t need to pretend that Wi-Fi or Bluetooth somehow proves Reiki scientifically — **it doesn’t.**

But they can remind us of something important:

**Our eyes are not the only way we experience our world.**

Not everything has to be seen to invite our curiosity.

Not everything has to be understood before we explore it.

And sometimes, an experience begins with a very simple question:

**What if I allowed myself to be curious?** 💚✨

Real luxury is a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks impressive on the outside. 🤍🌿

It's having peace of mind, time to breathe, meaningful relationships, and the freedom to enjoy ordinary moments. ☀️✨

The richest life isn't the one that impresses everyone—it's the one that brings you peace when nobody is watching. 🕊️💛
