⚡️ SOUTH END STROLL WEATHER UPDATE ⚡️

This is absolutely not how we wanted today to go, but due to lightning in the area, we are packing up and ending today’s South End Stroll early.

We take the safety of our vendors, attendees and staff VERY seriously. At a street event like South End Stroll, there is no immediate cover or shelter, and with lightning in the area, we simply cannot take the risk.

We are incredibly disappointed to have to make this call after such a short time together today, and we know our vendors are too. Thank you to everyone who came out this morning to shop small and support them. 🤍

We’ll be back on Camden Road for our next South End Stroll on October 11!

In the meantime, you can find us back in South End for Sundays @ Atherton on September 27. 🛍️

Thank you for understanding, South End. We hate ending the day this way, but safety will always come first. ⚡️

Due to thunderstorms expected to move into the area this evening, Market on Camden will now end at 4PM today instead of 5PM.

The market is still OPEN and there’s still time to come shop! 🛍️🤍

We’re making this call so our vendors and staff have plenty of time to safely break down, load their vehicles, and clear the event area before the storms arrive.

There’s something extra special about a market built by people who show up for each other. 🥹🩵

Today, we’ve been spotting so many friends, couples, sisters, moms, dads, kids and entire families behind the booths at Market on Camden. Some own their businesses together. Some are just there to lend a hand, hype up their person, carry the heavy stuff, run the checkout, or keep them company through a long market day.

Because behind so many small businesses is a whole little support system helping make it happen. 🫶

That’s one of our favorite parts of market days. Getting to see the people behind the businesses, and the people behind those people.

Every booth has a story, and very often, there’s someone standing beside the person who decided to chase it. 🩵

We still have 2.5 HOURS LEFT at Market on Camden!! 🎉
