So excited to partner with and her company Personal Enrichment: Counseling and Consulting!

My goal as a young entrepreneur is to connect with other individuals who help people who are hurting. I want the world to be a better place and I know that by the partnerships I hold there will be great opportunities to reach more people and serve them.

While there have been many things I’ve learned in therapy, the most important tip from my therapist is self-care.

I enjoy my alone time to reflect about life, my day or think about nothing and just relax.

This box is special to me as it is a reminder to take care of your mental state. Whether you are a care-giver to a family member or someone who is grieving, this box is for you.

Remember when you order, you get a special keepsake from me.

🛁Let’s slow down, and take some time for ourselves, comment “I’m in” if you’re ready to put you FIRST.

🛁share this post to your feed so everyone you know can take a self care day lol.

I love happy customers!!! Have you ordered your box yet?

Okay, here’s the honest truth!

I love to take bubble baths!

It’s the relaxing and rejuvenation for me!

As I have been working with my therapist on grieving strategies, taking a warm bath and unplugging has worked best for me.

What about you? What do you like to do to relax ?

Let me know in the comment section!

I have something to tell you!

Loosing my father at an early age has NOT been easy. I can remember my mom, sister and brothers telling me what had happened to my father at the kitchen table. It is a conversation I will never forget.

As I am on my journey, I have learned coping strategies and ways to “let it out” so that my mental state will remain normal. But it still hurts. There are days that are really really tough, but I have my memory box to help me feel connected to my daddy.

Grief is different for everyone and each person deals with it in their own way. What I value most is that I get to share my father and his legacy with you all, my friends and family.

Comment below, what is one of your most favorite memories with your loved one ?

It’s Women’s History Month!!

Today, I honor who also lost her father to an illness. At a graduation in her home of Chicago, she spoke these words that resonate with me.

“Let me tell you, he is the hole in my heart. His loss is my scar. But let me tell you something, his memory drives me forward every single day of my life. “

Loosing a loved one is difficult, especially your parent. Thinking of my father everyday helps me continue on in my grief journey.

Comment below! Who is your special loved one that drives your forward everyday?

The picture you see was taken about 4 years ago when my mom was in the hospital with my dad. She celebrated her birthday in the waiting room area and quickly returned to be by my dads side.

This birthday is extra special because my mom gets to celebrate at home in a relaxed state. See what you don’t realize is when you’re a caregiver you are always placing the needs of others before you.

Today, my siblings and I celebrate our mom and we are grateful that she is well and healthy.

Help me wish her a Happy Birthday !!

Each year, we took family trips to Mary Mac’s Tea Room () in Atlanta, Georgia. I always got fried chicken and my dad loved the pork chops 😍.

My mom was always there to capture the sacred moments as we sat at the table together laughing and sharing bites of food.

I shared this video with you, in hopes that you will reflect on memories that you and your loved one shared in the past.

Comment below your favorite past time that you share with your loved one, I’d love to hear about it, as we continue on our grief journey together 😍
