Our story:
Corsair Ceramics found its beginnings in the harbor of Charleston, SC before moving to the Queen City of Charlotte, NC where our Lead Designer hand crafts all the wares out of her private studio. Corsair takes inspiration from the local foliage and southern design history to elevate the overall form into everyday functional artwork. Corsair Ceramics was started to bring beautifully functional hand crafted ceramic dishware and home décor to a market in need of a personal touch and classic seasonal designs. Each vessel is created with the vision that it can be the focal piece of any room, dinner party, or family meal. Created with locally sourced clay from the Carolinas, to craft functional art using traditional techniques, Corsair Ceramics strives to represent the classic southern lifestyle and relaxed sensibilities in all of their patterns and designs.

Finished experiments from workshop drawing On Clay with and . I think there might be some satin glazes in my future, along with some figure drawing and potentially some slab work🧐.
