This event is designed to offer you opportunity to learn more about all types of holistic modalities to support mental, physical, emotional health and more.

We will have classes and workshops throughout the day from local teachers. Offerings range from yoga classes for the whole family, plant and herb talks, self discovery, sound healing, drum circles, dance party and more!!!

We will also have holistic based vendors, practitioners, food trucks, coffee truck and more!

This event is also a fundraiser for the upcoming 3rd annual Sol Harmony Fest a 3 day holistic healing arts festival with all of the above, camping and more!
