We are so proud to bring the flavors of Maine to North Carolina through these world-class beers, and trips like this remind us why we do what we do.

We recently had the absolute privilege of getting to visit Allagash Brewing Company and talk with leadership about all things company culture and benefits.

Allagash has always been a North Star for us when it comes to companies doing it the right way, and we often look to them as a shining example of how we can make Tryon the best company it can be. Beyond the fantastic beer and B Corp certification, they truly strive to be an incredible employer who does right by its people, and it shows in everything they do.

We’ve already mimicked a Volunteer Time Off policy that they have in place, and they gave us lots of other great ideas and considerations that we can not wait to elaborate on!

In a world of greedy corporate capitalism, we all should strive to be more like Allagash.
