🔧 **WE’RE GROWING — NOW HIRING A GUITAR TECHNICIAN!**

Vera Guitars is looking for an experienced guitar technician to join our repair team in Charlotte, NC.

This is **not an entry-level position**. Applicants should have proven, hands-on bench experience and be comfortable performing professional-quality:

• Electric and acoustic guitar setups
• Fret leveling, dressing and related fretwork
• Nut and saddle work
• Electronics, soldering and troubleshooting
• Structural repairs and general instrument maintenance
• Accurate diagnosis of playability issues

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable and takes pride in delivering clean, consistent work. PLEK training is available, but proper guitar repair and bench experience are required.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay plus commission.

Bringing a great guitar back to life takes more than the right tools—it takes patience, experience and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Francis recently completed a full refret on this beautiful Martin Custom Shop acoustic. Using our Plek Station, he precisely replaned the fingerboard before installing and Plek-dressing the new frets. He then crafted a new nut and saddle, using the Plek to precision-cut the nut and string slots for exceptional accuracy before carefully dialing in every final detail by hand.

The result is smooth, consistent playability across the entire neck and an incredible instrument restored to its full potential—playing as good as new.
