We go through every supply in the Lightning X WP-A+, organized into color-coded Med Pods so you can find the right treatment in seconds.

The heat-welded TPU shell has no stitched seams and is rated IPX7, submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes, so your supplies stay dry when everything else is soaked.

What is actually inside a waterproof trauma kit?

We open all 364 supplies in the **Lightning X WP-B+**, organized into color-coded Med Pods so you find the right treatment in seconds, including the Class B trauma gear (tourniquet, Israeli bandage, roll splint) that Class A skips.

The shell is heat-welded TPU with no stitched seams, rated IPX7 and submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes, so serious supplies stay dry when everything else is soaked. Carry it your way: MOLLE, grab handles, a padded shoulder strap, or a vehicle headrest mount.

Exceeds OSHA/ANSI Z308.1-2015 Class B. Best for higher-risk settings, marine and outdoor rescue, jobsites, and EMS.
